The Green Valley Trade Show has over 140 Green Valley & Area businesses exhibiting their products and services under One Roof. You can Shop, See & Save all in one location. Get to know who the local retailers and professional service companies in town are. Products range from household appliances, real estate, clothing & accessories, plants, recreation products and even vehicles. Services include financial planning, health & beauty, exercise & wellness, home décor and landscaping.

The show has something for everyone with daily entertainment, prizes, samples, and much more.

Exhibitors:

The Green Valley Chamber of Commerce is seeking another outstanding trade show for 2013.  We are continuing to develop and improve the show based on suggestions and comments received from our 2012 show. We are always looking to improve on our services, the value of the trade show and the level of success that the exhibitors experience at the show.  We thank all exhibitors for their cooperation and continued support while we adapt and expand the show to get it to the highest level possible to ensure that your business is presented in a professional and outstanding environment, as it so deserves.

Other improvements that we are striving towards are increased advertising in the Green Valley and surrounding areas to increase attendee volume, additional signage in town, increased traffic flow in rear areas and in both arenas, improved on-site services and move-in assistance, increased food service and hospitality, marketing and advertising guidance and suggestions to all exhibitors and the creation of additional family and community oriented features.

The Green Valley Chamber is currently offering a pre-registration opportunity at discount pricing for the 2013 trade show to Green Valley Chamber members. Discount pricing will only be offered until January 31st. If you previously exhibited in the trade show in 2012, we are inviting you to participate in the show again in 2013 at an Exhibitor Loyalty discounted rate. You will have the option of reserving either the same booth you had in 2012 or have first choice at a new booth.  You must be a valid Green Valley Chamber of Commerce member to take advantage of the Exhibitor Loyalty discounted rate.  We encourage you to reserve your space as soon as possible; the next registration package will be sent out before Christmas to ALL Green Valley Chamber of Commerce members who will also be offered the discounted rates. At that time, booth reservation will be open on a first come, first serve basis.

Please be aware that the discount pricing listed in this pre-registration package will be awarded until January 31, 2013 and that pre-registration opportunity is only available to those who are Green Valley Chamber of Commerce Members.  Non-members cannot register to exhibit in the show until after January 31, 2013.  Regular rates will take affect at that time.  If you are not a valid Green Valley Chamber member, and would like to take advantage of the pre-registration benefit with discounted prices, you can submit your membership application form and membership payment along with your Trade Show application and payment.

Your standard 10’ x 10’ or larger exhibit booth includes:

• 8’ high backwall drape
• 1 – 600 watt power outlet
• 3’ high sidewall drape
• On-site materials handling
• 1 – 8’ skirted table (per booth)
• Exhibitor move in assistance
• 4’ tables may be available upon request
• Effective marketing and advertising opportunity
• 2 – plastic folding chairs (per booth)
